Manuel Bóia is a Member of the Board of Directors of ADENE.
He has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master in Engineering and Technology Management, both by Instituto Superior Técnico, having been also a member of its Board of Directors and also a Project Manager, Consultant and Researcher in the area of Innovation Economics and Policies at IN+ (Center for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research). He also worked at Lisbon City Hall as Senior Advisor and later was Technical Director at CONSULFIN, S.A,
and, in accumulation, Technical Director at TEC RAIL SOLUTION, S.A., Luanda. He is with ADENE since 2013, having served from 2014 to 2016 as Directorate Coordinator/ CF&AO. He has been a member of its Board of Directors since 2017, having in this capacity been responsible from 2017 to 2018 for the Buildings Energy Performance Certification System. It currently assumes responsibility for the activities of incubating new products and services of the Agency and also those of Planning & Finance, Legal Affairs and Procurement.
